Refund policy

Because codes are delivered instantly and can be redeemed immediately, completed orders are non-refundable once the code has been delivered.

If a code you received is invalid or already used, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We will verify the code with our distributor and send a replacement or a full refund.

Orders that have not yet been delivered (for example, held for verification) can be cancelled for a full refund.
